“Santa Rosa” zonal park first-stone laying ceremony
Consorcio Parques de Lima, consisting of the firms Ingenieros Civiles y Contratistas Generales S.A and Kukova Ingenieros SAC, started construction of the “Santa Rosa” zonal park in the District of Santa Rosa, north of Lima.
This project started with a ceremonial act held on April 21 with the Mayor of Lima, Susana Villarán, ICCGSA representatives Carlos Sánchez (Social Responsibility Manager), Luis Castañeda (Project Resident Engineer) and Elisa Yanqui (Head of Communications). In this act, the first stone for this emblematic project was laid. Investment for this project is S/45 million 363 thousand soles and the project will be completed in 240 calendar days.
The “Santa Rosa” zonal park belongs to the Metropolitan Lima Municipality and will have an area of 12.2 hectares. Also, its green areas will be developed under the “desert park” them, with typical plants of the Peruvian coastal landscape and low water consumption.
