ICCGSA will build zone parks in Villa María del Triunfo and Santa Rosa
The Lima Park Consortium led by the company Ingenieros Civiles y Contratistas Generales S.A. (ICCGSA), with 48 years in the Peruvian construction market, was awarded the bid for the construction of the zone parks Flor de Amancaes, in the District of Villa María del Triunfo, and Santa Rosa, in the District of Santa Rosa. The projects add up to more than S/.90 million soles.
The Villa María del Triunfo project consists of creating the new Flor de Amancaes Park in an area of 8.3 hectares. This new park includes the development of diversified cultural and sports infrastructure, recreational and supplementary infrastructure, leaving a green area in the middle of the plot where there is a recreational lake and a nursery for the supply of the District of Villa María del Triunfo. The project will be carried out for a total amount of S/. 45,339,257.64 soles.
The project in Ancón involves the creation of the new Santa Rosa Zone Park, in an area of 12.2 hectares. It also includes the development of diversified cultural and sports infrastructure. The green areas will have a thematic approach as the “park of the desert” where a landscape will be created including native plants that are typical of Lima and with low water consumption. Furthermore, a large amphitheater will be built by making the most of the hillside slope for various artistic and cultural activities. The amount awarded for this project is S/. 45,363,832.17.
