ICCGSA certified by the AMCHAM Good Employers Association
The firm ICCGSA - Ingenieros Civiles y Contratistas Generales S.A. received was certified with a high score by the Good Employers Association (ABE) and became a member of this association, which is sponsored by the Peruvian-American Chamber of Commerce –AMCHAM Perú.
This certification was granted upon identifying ICCGSA as a firm committed to social responsibility with its employees, by compliance with labor laws and the development of good human resources practices. Therefore, this distinction qualifies ICCGSA as productive in terms of respect and motivation of its team of employees.
Eng. Ricardo Freidenson, Deputy General Manager of ICCGSA, thanked ABE for this certification and reiterated that the firm is committed to good practices and processes that seek to generate a good working climate. “ICCGSA has always invested in its human capital as the main source of its success. This certification is the result of the effort that we have made during our 49 years of continued operation,” he said.
The ABE Certification ceremony was held at the premises of the Peruvian- American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM). Eng. Ricardo Freidenson, Deputy General Manager, and José Carbajal, Human Resources Manager, attended the ceremony on behalf of ICCGSA.
